Area Sales Manager MAC Vlaanderen

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Area Sales manager Flanders for Mac Cosmetics

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the teams in his/her region (6 to 10 doors)

Set and analyze retail sales- and customer service objectives, track and evaluate results using the appropriate tools (Winparf, SAP, …)

Coach the Retail Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed their objectives by encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit and local ownership

Train & develop teams maximizing each individual’s talents

Collaborate with Training team & Store Managers to ensure the highest level of customer service and 5\

  • MAC experience: provide guidance in building action plans

Plan store visits independently and effectively. Ensure time and resources are allocated strategically

Analyze the business with helicopter view identifying areas for improvement and growth

Report in a timely manner

Ensure the correct execution of the store management and HR procedures (HR connect, Webworx, …)

Successfully manage new door openings (in collaboration with partners)

Min. 2-3 years Multi-store Management experience in retail/service environment (>6 direct reports)

Passionate about Makeup/Cosmetic industry (no experience in the sector required)

Bilingual NL/EN, FR is een plus

Moderate to high level in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus

This position requires excellent communication, leadership, analytical and strategic skills to be performed on a daily basis.
