  • Manages product portfolio per retailer & door type

  • Builds launch plans, adapting global plan to local plan andpresents them to salesforce

  • Monitors product related visual assets and master data

  • Event Management

  • Sets prices according to regional and global policies

  • Builds volume forecasts per SKU, including all promotionalitems. Reconciliation between forecast and demand planning. Works closely withSupply Chain and Demand Planning to monitor stocks; proposes mitigation actionsin case of availability or excess issues

  • Monthly report and follow up of gross sales (with Demandplanning & Finance)

  • Monthly report and follow up on retail sales (per retailer,per door, per key category, …)

  • Daily contact with EMEA including all EMEA reporting

  • Responsible for all Visual Merchandising implementation& monitoring

  • Full responsibility for new launch merchandising such asbrand planograms in collaboration with International, visual updates, moduleand shelf navigation updates including forecast

  • Management of Merchandising & Capex budget andresponsible for keeping costs within allocated budget. Check monthlyexpenditures and explain variances vs budget.

  • Full responsibility for new door installations andrefurbishments from elaboration to installation in accordance with global brandguidelines with all stakeholders (International, retailers, shopfitters,salesforce, …)

  • Derives the marketing plan into a detailed animation andpromotional plan by Retailer, including product launches and special events andpresents to retailers

  • Plans and monitors budget for promotional and Trade materialand Follow up of trade budgets (coop)

  • Briefs and monitors execution of all trade activities (timing, quality, cost) with retailers

  • Keeps aware of Retailer expectations and opportunities

  • Drives innovation and continuous improvement on TradeMarketing for the brand

  • Measures performance of Trade Marketing actions and strivesfor spend optimization

  • Works closely with the KAM and E-KAM, CAM’s to benefit fromlatest best practices, in particular on Connectivity and Digital capabilityintegration

  • Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset

  • A university degree

  • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French

  • 3 to 5 years marketing experience in a consumer driven environment.

  • Preferably, this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry.

  • Analytical, autonomous team-player, excellent communication & presentation skills.

  • Result oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
